ESCONDIDO (KUSI) – The community is coming together for a fundraiser for the owner of Rosie’ Cafe in Escondido.
Kaitlyn Rose Pilsbury has been recovering from a hit-and-run accident since the the start of the new year.
Rosie’s Cafe was recently featured on the Food Network’s, “Restaurant: Impossible.”
All the proceeds from the fundraiser will go to support Rosie’s Cafe owner and her family as she continues to recover from her accident.
KUSI’s Allie Wagner spoke with Chef Robert Irvine at Rosie’s Cafe to get all the details about Monday’s fundraiser.
