AUSTIN, Texas – With the unfortunate cancellation of spring sports seasons across the country, Texas Athletics partners at Longhorn Network will do their best to fill that void with re-air broadcasts of Football and Men's Basketball classics.
Starting on April 1, Longhorn Network will broadcast the 2006 Rose Bowl win for 24 consecutive hours. On April 4, LHN will air a full day of great Men's Basketball wins from 2004 to 2011. Among the games that Longhorn fans can relive are P.J. Tucker's buzzer-beater against Providence in 2004 and the dominant win over nationally-ranked Texas A&M in 2011.
On April 11 and 12, the network will air a series of Football and Men's Basketball wins over Texas A&M, including the final football match-up in 2011 that featured Justin Tucker's game-winning field goal.
Shifting to some great postseason moments, LHN will broadcast some memorable bowl game wins on April 17. Two days later, the network will spend the day reliving great wins over former Big 12 foe Nebraska.
