Bills Today | NFL Network believes this Bills player will be a fantasy sleeper on Sunday - BuffaloBills.com

2. Quinton Jefferson's familiarity with the Rams

Before coming to Buffalo, Quinton Jefferson spent a few seasons with the Seattle Seahawks and is very familiar with what the L.A. Rams do. Jefferson had 59 tackles, 7.5 sacks, and two fumble recoveries in the 39 games he played with Seattle. He explained what these Bills defensive players have to think about when they go up against an offense like the Rams on Sunday.

"I think the biggest thing is just keeping your composure," Jefferson said. "And really locking into your fundamentals and techniques. As you can see, they have a lot of like pre-snap motions and movement. They like to play around with the tempo when they might come to the line and hard count it or come to the line and quick snap it. So, for the D line, we have to get set, get ready, and make sure our eyes are in the right place and really come off the ball. They're going to do a good job of running the outside zone schemes and off of that, they have the boot action and everything. The biggest thing for our defensive front is just getting penetration and not running sideways."
