The coverage kicked off with Bob Costas taking an in-depth look at the life and legacy of Aaron, who died on Jan. 22. The Hall of Famer finished his career with 755 home runs and an MLB-record 2,297 RBIs.
MLB Network's week of Aaron will continue on Tuesday with an essay from Brian Kenny. As for the rest of the week, Harold Reynolds will provide a detailed breakdown on Hammerin' Hank on Wednesday and Cubs outfielder Jason Heyward will share his thoughts on Aaron on Friday.
Coverage will continue throughout the month, with the focus shifting to Bob Gibson from Feb. 8-12, then Lou Brock from Feb. 15-19 and Joe Morgan from Feb. 22-26.
