KKR, the global investment company, is spending $625 million to purchase a majority share of Vini Cosmetics, the Indian personal care and beauty products firm. Vini, which was established in 2010, produces, markets and distributes cosmetics, toiletries and deodorants via its FOGG signature brand in addition to labels such as GlamUp and OSSUM.
