San Francisco’s ability to respond to 911 and 311 calls was briefly constrained Friday morning due to a power outage.

The network outage lasted about an hour.

Director of the San Francisco Department of Emergency Management, Mary Ellen Carroll, tweeted at 9:10 a.m. Friday morning that power and normal capacity for calls had been restored.
