Tucker Carlson is planning his own streaming service, the Tucker Carlson Network, TCN for short.
The former Fox News host is expected to officially launch the service Monday after teasing it over the weekend.
Carlson is expected to discuss TCN on Megyn Kelly’s SiriusXM show Monday.
According to Carlson’s website, the service will cost $9 per month, but is launching with a $6-per-month promo price.
TCN will feature “unlimited access to 5 brand-new shows, speeches, films, and more from Tucker Carlson,” Carlson’s website says, in addition to behind-the-scenes footage, documentaries and the ability to ask questions of Carlson in a weekly Q&A.
In a video on his website explaining the service, Carlson listed off geopolitical issues like the presidential race, global migration and foreign wars, before making his pitch.
“How are you going to respond to all of this? The first step is knowing what’s actually happening. That’s not easy,” Carlson said. “Who’s an ally? Who’s an enemy? You can’t always tell what’s true and what’s a lie. Sometimes it’s hard to know. There’s so much deception. Big media companies won’t help. Their job is to manipulate you. The government? Please. When was the last time you believed a word they said.”
Carlson’s website lists a number of shows, including The Tucker Carlson Interview, The Tucker Carlson Encounter, Tucker Carlson Uncensored and TC Shorts. Interviewees include people like former President Trump, Kid Rock, UFC CEO Dana White and the incoming president of Argentina.
Carlson was ousted from Fox News in a shock move in April. He subsequently launched an interview series on Elon Musk’s X (formerly Twitter), but TCN appears to be a significant expansion of that.
“We will continue to post clips on X and other social platforms, but tuckercarlson.com is home to his full library of independent work,” the FAQ for TCN says.
